Edelweiss, Mozart, RedBull, and Me…
What do these 4 things have in common?

AUSTRIA!

I dare you to think of Austria without humming a few bars of Edelweiss or some other tune from the Sound of Music (although I’ve recently learned that Austrians, as a rule, are not big fans of this movie)… and you can hardly mention classical music or opera without thinking of Austrian composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Did you know that RedBull is an Austrian brand? I’ll admit I didn’t know this until about 5 minutes ago (thanks, Google), but now that I know, I’ll never forget.

If you’re wondering how I fit into this fab 4, keep reading! I’m thrilled to announce that this summer, I will be participating in AIMS-in-Graz, an intense, 6-week program of learning and performing with talented faculty, vocalists, and instrumentalists from all over the world! Graz is the 2nd largest city in Austria, well-known for its beautiful architecture, gorgeous setting, and strong classical music tradition. Please follow along on my journey, and pray for a safe and productive experience.
